What we record
When you join early access, we record your email address.
When you write to us from the investors page, we record your name, your email address and your message.
With these, and each time you view a page, we record only:
- The page, and the page your visit started on.
- The site that linked you here, as its domain only, such as google.com. We never record the full address.
- Campaign tags in the link, if there are any.
- Your country and city, worked out by Cloudflare from your network.
We do not record your device, browser, screen, language or internet provider. We do not give you an ID, and we set no cookies. The page your visit started on and the site that sent you are kept in your browser’s session storage, and they are deleted when you close the tab.
We never store your IP address. While a request is being handled, a keyed hash of it limits how many times one network can submit a form. The hash is not stored either.
Why
Handovers can be delivered in person, so we need to know which cities interest comes from to decide where to staff first. The page and the link that brought you tell us which pages and links work.
Who else sees it
No one else sees it. There are no analytics companies, ad networks or tracking scripts on this site, and even our fonts are served by us. The data is stored in our own database on Cloudflare, which hosts the site. We never sell or share it.
Opting out
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we record nothing about your visit. If you join, we record only your email and which form you used.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after we launch. Then it is deleted, unless you’ve become a customer.
A message you sent from the investors page is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Remove your email
Enter the email you joined or wrote to us with and we’ll delete it and everything recorded with it, including any message you sent us, straight away.
