Covers your vault on all your devices, sharing, reminders, the handover process and customer care.

Charged on the average amount you store during the month. Every file is kept as two encrypted copies with two separate cloud providers, and this price covers both.

A scanned document is usually under 1 MB, so 1 GB holds about a thousand of them.

Handover

We send your nominee a notice by email and SMS. The notice never contains your secrets. Your nominee verifies their identity online, through DigiLocker and a live face match, and then downloads what you left them.

Two of our staff visit your nominee at a place they choose, check their original ID, hand over a sealed envelope and record the visit. The envelope holds printed pages, a USB drive, or both, as you choose.

You pay this when you choose in-person delivery for a nominee. An independent trustee holds the fee until the handover is delivered or the fee is refunded. It is not used to run the company. If you remove that nominee or switch them to online delivery, we refund the full amount you paid for them.

The fee may be revised once a year to meet inflation. A revision applies to every in-person nominee. For a nominee you have already paid for, we add the difference to your next monthly bill.

You store 2 GB and name two nominees: one receives online, the other in person.

If you stop paying

Our responsibility remains valid even if you stop paying. Until you pay again, you can no longer add new secrets or open the ones you saved. They stay encrypted and stored. If you then stop logging in for the period you chose, the handover still happens, including any in-person handover you have already paid for. Paying again restores full access.
